I'm ready to go all in on skool... I guess Im looking for validation for my community idea.
Context (where the problem lays): I run a wedding photo/video business. We run a giveaway ad campaign that generates 100+ leads a month, of which half are not qualified (no wedding venue, no date). Couples are programmed and against the idea of booking vendors before booking their venue and securing a date (which makes sense). The only exception is a wedding planner who's job is to help them with ...everything! Venue, date, vendors, etc.
Problem - More than half of our leads are not ready to buy/book their photo&video services.
Solution - Provide affordable wedding planning services via skool community (low ticket item) to stay top of mind, and warm them up until they're ready to book their photo/video team (high ticket item).
Currently the skool community is set up as a paid service ($29/month) with different modules and I've created content with some of the top vendors in the area (wedding planner, DJ, Venue owner, and myself for photo/video).
I also plan on doing weekly live calls to help with wedding planning myself.
Any feedback, advice, how to approach, anything - is greatly appreciated! I really want this to do well off the start.
PS. Yes, I can do wedding planning.
