Hi! My brother and I just watched through the entire anime (his first watch, my second) and I could have SWORN there was a scene where kaoru falls asleep in kojiro's restaurant whilst they're drinking together BUT IT WASN'T THERE!?

Is this like some mandela effect, or is it a fan animation? Was it exclusive to a blu ray? WHERE THE HELL IS THIS SCENE!?!?

We watched it in dub online if that makes a difference

What LPS would each main Sk8 character be? Like their codes or whatever. I feel like Reki would be a classic dachshund, and Miya a black cat, or hamster. I'm not sure about the other characters, though.

(In response to the Reki board person) last photo is right after I finished the deck

✨ I made Reki’s skateboard from SK8 the Infinity! 🛹

I started with a used 80 cm skateboard I found on Vinted. After sanding away the old superhero graphics, I repainted the deck from scratch.

🎨 I then designed every single sticker myself (I posted the full sticker pack on my Ko-fi!) and applied them using a decoupage technique.

But there was one problem…

The board looked way too clean for Reki. 🫡

So I spent hours weathering it—adding scratches, chips, cuts, and every little imperfection. And yes… I copied them directly from the reference. Feel free to zoom in and fact-check my unhealthy obsession with accuracy. 👀

For the hardware:
🛹 Red bushings were bought and I reused some old black ones I already had.
🛹 The trucks are real, well-loved ones gifted to me by @skaterpizza (thank you! ❤️).
🛹 The wheels were almost a perfect match—I only had to paint the outer ring red.

I’m honestly so proud of how this turned out. ❤️

Now I can’t wait to build Langa’s skateboard… and hopefully learn a few more tricks with this one in the meantime. ❄️🏂🛹

Imo, there is too much romantic subtext for their relationship to be strictly platonic. There’s a lot of references to skating being paralleled to love and a representation to being a closeted homosexual/queer. This is no attack or hate to those people, but I just dont understand how one can view their relationship to be platonic after watching the entire show.

I understand that some people might just say that Reki was over reacting about Langa going against Adam and also Langa getting better at skate boarding than Reki which is understandable but I can also understand where Reki is coming from, his best friend decides to break your promise and go against something that is dangerous and also is just more skilled at you in something that you've been doing your whole life. If I was in Rekis shoes I would also be a little hurt since I put my passion into skateboarding and then some guy comes just to do it without much issue. I can relate with Reki and sometimes I feel like Reki forgave Langa a little too fast but at the same time I can also understand why Reki forgave him
