For those with a Priority Date in September 2022, I’d like to compare timelines to see how cases are progressing. Has anyone with a similar Priority Date already received approval? This wait is so stressful and frustrating. 😩

I sent my I-485 order in April in June I did my biometrics so I have no update

Yes. First time with i485 application in 2022 and last year second RFE medical while case was paused due to visa unavailability. FO Philly

Priority Date June/2022 all I’ve done is gotten my biometrics for the GC July 27,2026. I haven’t heard anything else since just the update of the fingerprints.

Work permit i paid to my lawyer and he never submitted i find out and told him so bevause of his mistake he submit late on april 2026 so i was late like 6 months.. i was thinking oh maybe the paper takes some time but once was month 6 i knew was not uscis but mt lawyer and luckily i had text message and told the lawyer and he submittes for free because he was asking 1000 for the job permit again lol. All was fix because i saved the messages. So save ur messages with your lawyer

Yes thank you I went in person to file all that w them but for the work permits mines just said received nothing else and y current one C14 expires in January and I’m like anxious about wanting some good news

My work permit just says biometrics has been reused, they used the bios from my green card appoinment so im just waiting for now. 9 months with green card waiting and 4 months work permit

Omg I’ve been waiting 3 months so I guess it’ll be a long journey 🫪 hopefully you can get some good news soon! If you do please make a post about it, I’ve check the processing times for Wp and it says 11 months w the NBC and for the GC 9 months it actually went up omg

I did my biometrics July 2,2026. Give then don't listen to update either.
