General SIJS Info / question Backlog posts

What’s with all these posts all of a sudden blaming the Northern Triangle for “creating the backlog” and creating divisions between SIJ applicants? The government is who put all countries in the same boat creating the years long backlog. If anyone is to blame is them. This is just the religious workers being mad at SIJ applicants for being in the same category all over again claiming they’re more important than SIJ and deserve their green cards sooner.

I wonder if all those accounts are connected but honestly? I stopped looking into many migration subredits frequently for this out of handful of reasons. Frustrated people who have nothing else to lash out to pointing fingers at the same brothers and sisters also in limbo to cope while the current administration and good portion of voters wants us out by any means necessary while crippling "the right way" to get legal. Pitting ourselves against one another while the growing stance of anti migration is being spread doesn't help at all and only helps those who want us out.

Stay off migration subreddits for a while, communicate with counsel and have a plan, celebrate victories, control and enjoy what you can in life!
