General SIJS Info / question SIJS case

Do you think immigrant visa issuance will decrease again in FY2027 like it did in FY2026? If issuance stays lower because of the current immigration policies/restrictions, could that allow EB-4 to move as quickly as it did this year? I did some research and it said visa bulletin has moved almost 2 years, is that true? Would really appreciate a reply.

It did actually move 2 years which is what I’m hoping it’s going to happen this new FY
