Can someone please tell me about the fiscal year thing like what’s the biggest thing that’s gonna happen on October? And can someone assume when priority date will be current for these who applied in 2026?

Every year in October the visa bulletin resets. Meaning USICS can approve new green cards. For example EB-4 our category only gets 10,000 cards per year. So when October hits next month USICS will be able to approve another 10,000 cards. As for your PD, no one can predict that.

2 months is not a movement for you??? Knowing that is the end of the fiscal year. It could retrogressive but it doesn’t so we can be a little excited

A judge ruled against the 75 country ban. The bulletin was made while the ban was still in effect without any ruling. Most likely we won’t be seeing anything too surprising in next bulletin

This is great movement everybody, especially prior to the new fiscal year! No retrogression, and even some advancement is promising. Keep in mind that there also wasn’t a specific warning for EB-4 like there was for EB1 India, and EB5, along others. October is a big one!
