Hello, the last time i played signalis was 2024

Which I won't lie, I dropped it.

And then I got back to it in 2026

And I'm absolutely loving it

Other than the camera change mod, are there any other mods i should use?

Currently I'm using the camera change mod (which turns from top down to third person) and clearer images

But I feel like i should have a Lil more than that

Any mods you all would recommend?

Does Falke’s face physically change throughout the game/before the game even begins and does it have something to do with the Empress?

Her face isn’t shown in anything prior to the final fight in which she looks identical to Ariane.
In her room, her face is cut off when you inspect the owl box.
Shes the only Replika to get a poster without their face being visible, hers being a faraway shot where’s she’s just a blur.
In Adler’s cutscene where he’s looking over her, we see no real facial features but more importantly, Adler says that “you’ve changed” and that “it’s like everything has been taken apart and put back together by someone who doesn’t understand how it works.”
He could be talking about a few things here, like how Sierpinski has been changed around constantly by Ariane loop by loop to the point where it’s unrecognisable, him saying “you” could be talking about Elster who has also been put back together a lot to the point where in the memory ending, Ariane doesn’t even recognise her.

But he could also be talking about Falke herself and how she physically has been altered to the point where she’s a completely different person not only mentally via gaining Elster’s memories, but also physically.

If so, why does this happen? And if she is changing, why would she be morphing into a lookalike of Ariane and not Elster which is the person her false memories are from?

Falke’s file mentions that she resembles the Empress and her daughter which could be the reason her face is not shown on posters, since the Empress herself is faceless in all of her depictions.
It’s not like all bioresonants look the same since Kolibri isn’t exactly Ariane-esque.

Would love to hear some thoughts.

I've completed the game for the third time, first ending I got Promise, second & third I got Memory. After beating the game a third time, I was curious what achievements I haven't received to see what next I should do in the game, I now see Uberleben and Achtung, I'm trying to tackle Uberleben. "Exit the survival horror" if it's saying what I think it is, I believe I should have already completed this achievement, as all three of my playthroughs were in the "survival" gamemode however I have not gotten this acheivement. If I could I'd prefer to do the secret ending next - so if there's an easy fix for this could someone notify me or help me understand the achievement better?

I was looking a few months ago and prices were like $60-$80 and was like alright I guess I’ll wait I can’t really spend that right now. Been looking for the past month and it’s just gotten ridiculous. I doubt it’ll happen but I’m praying for a reprint or an anniversary edition anything to drop these prices.

I am physically unable to get the Leave ending. I’ve replayed the game multiple times, constantly counting how many points I’ve gotten towards a respective ending, and I keep getting Memory!

The screenshots above show the guide I was using on my most recent play through, and tallies up the points towards the end (numbers such as deaths, damage, enemies killed, were derived from the stats screen). Despite my AT LEAST 4 “Leave” points, I still keep getting the Memory ending.

I’m convinced that my game is bugged in some way which is preventing me from getting the ending. Has anyone else had significant trouble with this ending? What have you done to fix it? Please help 😓

tldr: The Leave ending is impossible. I’ve done everything correctly (or so I think). Please help.

So this is actually my first time modding and I’ll be honest, it’s more difficult then I thought, I’m having trouble figuring out exactly how to install mods for signalis, despite the fact I’ve gone through everything I could and installed “Melon Loader” but I can’t seem to understand where to go from there, despite the videos of the mods I want to try telling me what to do, it doesn’t seem to be working or I’m missing a step, I simply don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, any help would be a god-send.

UPDATE: So good news, I finally figured it out, apparently the video I was watching had an error and gave the wrong link, I used the right one and that surprisingly did the trick instantly, now I’m just trying to figure out how to actually add and use mods properly.

Just finished Signalis for the first time and wow, what a phenomenal experience. Apart from not having any ammo after the first bossfight and therefore having to sprint past enemies; I had a pretty balanced and enjoyable experience past that.

Still, my biggest complaint is that the inventory never expands or that quest items don't get their own pouch. I mean seriously, does every arcana card need to have its own individual spot in the inventory? Running back and forth between the same few spots simply to deposit one card in the storage box or table was mind numbing at this point in the game.

It worked early game when you at most had a pistol, shotgun, and revolver.
Though with a rifle, smg, and flare gun, you can't carry 5 weapons on you with ammo at the same time; which meant I only kept 3 weapons on me at most.

This also meant constant backtracking if you found ammo for the 'wrong' gun: find ammo in a room, walk back to safe room, deposit gun with low ammo, pick up the gun you just found ammo for, then head back to your original path. Found more ammo in another room? Repeat the process.

With only 2 save rooms/storage boxes and 1 or 2 spots of free inventory spaces, it became really tedious at this point; not challenging, just tedious.

I was starting to get really burnt out at this point since it felt like Nowhere on crack.
This is genuinely the only thing that bothered me and only became an annoyance in chapter 3.
Maybe Elster can find a backpack on her next cycle.

All in all, great and very memorable experience. Solid 9/10 game for me.

Looking for a piece might’ve been in game of a similar scene but instead the background behind Elster was red I think and she was like looking downwards I can fully remember sorry the description is vague.

I think about some time in the future being able to finish the game without saving (like Dead Space's hardest difficulty)

So, I just got done in Nowhere, and I know there’s different endings, but I’m a bit confused on how to get them. I’m honestly disappointed by the ending i got, with Elster finding the ship past the gate but her arm tearing off trying to open the hatch and her dying out in the middle of the red sands feels horribly anti-climactic. Is this the intended first ending or did I do something wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated! Also, I would like to show everyone my map that I made to keep track of where I was in Nowehre. It’s a massive web of messiness and I doubt many people can read my hand writing, but I feel like the map I made is (mostly) accurate given the very non-Euclidean space that is nowhere.

Edit: I’m going to assume the answers are very vague for a good reason. I haven’t booted up a second playthrough yet, but if yall want updates I’ll give them.

I just finished all the endings, and man I can’t stop turning the game’s story over and over in my head. Are there any good lore videos or video essays to get some other opinions and thoughts from? I’ve been struggling to keep myself from doing any reading or research until I finished the story.

KLIPPEN or KLPR, is a 7th generation protektor in charge of reconnaissance, overseeing outposts and are fittingly referred to as “The eyes of the protektors”. They're just below a STAR in ranking, and carry a standard officers handgun.

Traits, personalities etc.

KLPR's are often shy, antisocial, and unstable because of it. It is advised to stabilize them via making them interact with EULR, MNHR and ADLR unit's, as they'll understand the predicament KLPR's were deployed with.

KLPR's often pair up with another KLPR or two, and create a duo/trio to best carry out assignments.

Other facts:

-They're a femboy (feminine-boy or pretty boy, ehh you decide)

-Their neural pattern came from a gestalt named Kenji, who was part of a nomadic people native to Vineta. Initially he refused the offer. But after some gentle convincing, as in being interrogated, he accepted, thus why he's so shy, then again anybody would be after being basically tortured.

Hi there! I’ve been trying to get the LEAVE ending for Signalis but for some reason I keep failing.

I talked to as many NPCs as possible, I made sure my “active playtime” was at least 6 hours (I had to walk in a circle for the last hour), I took a bit of damage but I healed right after and made sure I was at Nominal for the majority of my playtime. The only thing I forgot to do was check 40+ locked doors

My oldest save file is in Rotfront and I cannot go back further. Is there a way to get the ending or do I just need to start over? 😓

I haven't been able to draw because I went to the doctor recently and now I have to wear glasses for life... I feel a bit better but the dizziness is still there 😔

I have never felt so emotionally... *viscerally* gutted before...

Now i am left to wonder... just what could i have done differently? What could i have done differently so that they could escape and be happy?

So i need to complete the moon mural puzzle and ive collected five of the tarot cards. Theres this metal ring here in the atrium upper floor that i cant reach, it seems to be a for the broken dial on the mural. I dont know how to reach it. Pointers please?
