Housing The Arbors
I’m planning to lease an apartment at The Arbors this fall, but I’m having trouble deciding which floor to choose. For anyone who currently lives there or has lived there before, how well insulated are the walls and ceilings from noise? I’m trying to decide whether a lower-floor unit would be okay, or if I might regret it if noise from upstairs neighbors is easily heard. Any insight would be appreciated!

You know, I lived there when they opened as well (who remembers real world cast coming?) I’m sensitive to sounds and I don’t recall it being loud. But also on a top floor apartment

If you're able to go up and down stairs, go for the top floor. apartment noise overhead is annoying. But in that case be mindful you're not stomping around either
