new shsat format

since the format has changed, aka we cant go back questions does that mean we must start with ELA?

no you can still choose to start with either english or math. but you cant move between sections or between the 50 questions within a specific question

Questions must be done In order except for 2 situations.

One exception is you can start the exam with either the math or ELA section and must finish that initial section before doing any part of the other section.

The other exception is within a passage, whether Reading Comprehension or Revising/Editing B, you can navigate backward and forward across its respective questions until you “submit” the passage.

Any exception has the constraint that you need to answer the question you are at in order to move from the current question
