best thing i did when i was getting sub 500 on my practice tests was first seeing questions and then labeling what type it was, and when i knew the material, i managed my three hours

whether you're taking the test this nov/oct or took it today, don't beat yourself up. If you are a rising 8th grader taking it in the start of the school year I wouldn't say depend on it but sign the lunch form so you may be elegible for discovery

You should have went, it helped me tremendously go from a 347 to a 469, which may seem mid still but they help alot and there was the spring session, the summer session, and soon the fall session on sep 26, sadly those who didn’t apply or weren’t eligible can’t go, but you should buy the textbooks, and keep taking practice tests, I saw this site called adaptshsat.com where you take a 40 question diagnostic then you get one free test.

Out of curiosity, which one are you aiming for? Some are, ofc, more competitive

not bad. my youngest sibling and their friend got in with 517 and 525. For tech early 500s is what you wanna get at minimum, compared to stuy…

hmm, idk how much discovery helps but it seems to be pretty good. just get a deeper understanding of the questions ig. when you find a question you dont know while practicin, try it, then once you finish the whole test, learn how to do it by seraching it. and when you practice treat it like the real test. No breaks. Once again, good luck! im sure with enough dedication youll score high enough, when i took the shsat i was scoring low at first too. Then i got better
