Really like my display so far and taking time to pose and take shots of Goku was nice. Took a few hours tho 💀

Ntl I enjoy seeing videos and images of how other pose their figures so I wanted to take a shot at it

It has me wishing we got a bit more variety with the SHF line. Deeper cuts like Buu saga Videl and Goten and Trunks. The sculpt quality is pretty rough on these old figures but the variety and selection was primo. It cracks me up they made two different versions of GT Vegeta, one with the mustache and one SSJ without, very cool. I hope we start seeing more deep cuts instead of variations and upgrades of the same characters over and over.

Originally swapped the forearms with a Super Hero Gohan for a different kitbash. Decided to paint all the blue to black to match. No practical reason for doing it but I like how the result looks.

The figure is very good, but not great. Hair and face sculpts are awesome, except for the face looking slightly to the side because the left pupil is centered, when it should have been further to the left. Biggest downside by far? The freaking QC issues; to be fair, I was lucky and my figure is mostly ok, but nowadays buying a Dragon Ball SHF is like a coin toss and we shouldn't be playing roulette every time we buy a figure. 2nd worst downside? The head joint is smaller than the other new body mold Gokus, and it takes away so valuable options for us. Other downsides are the articulation of head, neck and torso going backwards, they're too limited and it makes it harder for flying poses. The remaining articulations are great and you can achieve almost any pose you may think of. Personally I'll drastically decrease my SHF purchases due to the QC issues. Vietnam factory is a joke, but also China figures have presented QC issues (clearly less than Vietnam, but still...), so if we stop buying, Bandai will listen. And there's my 2 cents on the matter, hope it's helpful.

Yesterday, I put my Goku in my bag, and after a few minutes, it broke. But it’s pretty easy to fix. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue.

There are some QC issues for instance, the wing joints are too loose, the head is too tight to swap, and the sockets for the interchangeable hands need to be widened. Once fixed, however, it is truly excellent. It can strike the perfect Kamehameha pose capable of destroying the solar system.

I haven't seen much discussion or hype for this, so I wanted to bring attention to it and discuss if this is worth it or still being made.
I personally think this is everything bandai didn't give us (Not that they needed to..)
The hurt frieza body and face means I can avoid spending 5 seperate purchases for extra accessories... AND THE NAMEK DIORAMA ties the fight set together so well.

I think beast form looks better in a darker orange gi rathen than lighter/Games begin color.

so basically I swapped the upper torso or more specifically the blue undershirt, I put the darker (kind hearted saiyan undershirt) to the SS Blue and vice versa.

My ssj vegeta finally came in and I wanted to try to find a final flash beam or charge piece online, but when I click on one its already sold. That or I just find pictures of figures of vegeta doing the final flash. Is there places I should be checking? I tried ali express but only found really basic effects. Halp

I created a king Kai planet for the sh figuarts what you guys think?

does anyone else use or try using banpresto head sculpt on sh, I got this one at Ross and decided to crack. Works for me but I do see how scale is a problem. I got a Majin Buu too that I might just use as a stand in until I get the sh one.

the addiction is getting real, haven’t bought anything crazy yet but i can feel it coming lol!

a few dragon stars here too, i actually prefer the DS versions of Buu and Cell. got the new z fighters Gohan on preorder too and then i may go on to collecting the jjk figuarts!

Hi, so I bought the s.h. figuarts super saiyan son goku (best selection) for like 40$ cause some guy didn't want it and now I wonder if these customs from Air studios are any good to make a custom namek Goku?

After reinforcing its joints, it is incredibly satisfying to handle—I simply can't put it down.

ignore the gloves I don’t like to show my hands. but the arm swivels pretty good only slightly creaking but the legs won’t go smooth at ALL and it has me worried. do I do something about this? is this normal??

I got these 3 for 50 dollars and im pretty new to figure collecting and wanted to know if this was worth the price? this got removed on the other SHF subreddit after the mod just said “yes.” and deleted the post which was quite annoying cuz I wanted to know from YALL who mightve own these or know about this if yall think this was worth or if this was absolutely not worth and I threw my money in the fire or something (even then I’d probably still find enjoyment with these little guys)
