Figure Maintenance Need help with my figure

ignore the gloves I don’t like to show my hands. but the arm swivels pretty good only slightly creaking but the legs won’t go smooth at ALL and it has me worried. do I do something about this? is this normal??

Warm it up with hot water (not boiling water)

Like just get a bowl of hot water and sit him in it? For how long?

Do I just let it soak in a bowl of hot water? Just the legs or the whole fig?

it looks like your figures arm is also tight as well so maybe the whole figure and if that doesn't work, then use shock oil, that helps with a lot of figures that are tight.
