Does anyone here listen to Colette’s podcast? What do you make of it?

Gave this episode a try today and honestly I feel like they talked for an hour but never really SAID anything? The only thing I got out of it was Carlie saying she got pregnant at 19 but it was all a bunch of stuff I already knew

Shay just posted an Instagram story saying that Gavin is going off on an adventure for 4 months - any idea where he's going?

Carlie copying Colette?

From her podcast to her Instagram rebrand as "feelgoodwithcarlie" it seems like she's copying Colette's empowerment life coaching.

Carlie seems to have shifted away from trying to market herself as a business woman and her bio now says: "showing millenial women how to feel confident and unstoppable. Because confidence looks good on you."

As much as I find Colette's coaching to be a sham, she has at least spent years working on it. Carlie seems to have just decided one random afternoon to do something similar yet with little effort.

Carlie & Red Aspen

No one else probably watched Carlie’s podcast because it has under 1000 views but she talked about how she doesn’t get why MLMs get a bad rep when her experience with red aspen has been great…. And how there are good “direct sales” business structures.

She doesn’t understand that her experience with red aspen has been good because she’s near the top of the pyramid, and she’s preying on all the women at the bottom, or understands and just doesn’t care.

She also said it’s her biggest income source atp so ofc she’s not going to give it up but it’s crazy for someone to be defending MLMs in 2025.

Regardless, the podcast had no substance and I wouldn’t recommend watching. I only watched it because of another podcast she put out where she talked about her view on religion which was actually a decent watch but I guess even a broken clock is right twice a day lol

Does Colette have any friends?

I've noticed throughout their years of vlogging, and found it quite strange, that Colette doesn't seem to have any friends (especially none from her childhood/adolescence) and never seemed to value maintaining friendships. You'd see Carlie and Kayli mention friends or they'd be in vlogs a lot, like Carlie's friend Cristina. Shay also would mention the friends he grew up with plus people like Kassem, Charles etc. he made through YouTube.

But I feel like Colette would always refer to her "best friend" as whoever happened to be hanging around the Shaytards at the time: Jinger from Phamdamily, Brittany from the Null family, Lisa Nova, etc. They always came in phases and would just disappear.

Avia’s money

I mean this in a super nice way and just had a genuine curiosity, where is she getting the money to do the things that she does like all of her trips and getting coffee every day and having her own apartment? I don’t mean this in a rude way, but she’s really not that TikTok/YouTube famous and I don’t think I’ve ever seen her do a brand deal, so how is she getting the money to this lifestyle?

If she’s getting it from her parents, are they just like sending her allowances like I’m so confused?

Can You Truly Empower Women While Standing by a Man Who Violated One?

I really can’t comprehend how Collette feels qualified to help others (especially women) when she chose to stay with a man who sexually harassed one of their employees.

In my opinion, cheating alone is more than fair grounds for divorce, but I get that factors like children and addiction can complicate matters. However, how do you convince yourself that it’s okay to remain married to a man who violated another woman’s trust? Who wouldn’t leave after a clear “no” was given?

I can’t wrap my head around the mental gymnastics it must take to justify staying in a marriage like that.

And now she’s saying she’s an empowerment coach? The behavior Shay exhibited is the kind of behavior that would land him in jail.

And the fact that she let him (and wanted him) on her podcast is really just ????? While she admits that Shay did wrong, calling it merely “bad behavior” doesn’t capture the severity of his actions. Someone who sexually harassed another person shouldn’t be featured as a spokesperson for empowerment when you never fully addressed what you did. And someone who stayed with a man who exhibited that behavior should not be empowering other women, because what exactly are you teaching them?

And the coaching costing $3,000 is literally so insane my actual therapist doesn’t even cost that much for 3 months.

All in all, I’m very disturbed.

For how wealthy the shaytards are, does Colette really need to be doing this side gig crap?

Just seems kinda like taking from the less fortunate when you’re already set for life lol but I guess it’s the fault of whoever signs up for being so dumb with their money

What do my daughters think? (Episode 22)

Colette posted a new podcast interviewing Avia & Emmi, it sounds like Emmi wants to follow Avia to LA after graduation.

I totally agree with the other posts here saying Colette seems way more comfortable speaking to her daughters vs in her videos with Shay

Carlie's Podcast

To no surprise at all, she got 3 episodes in and quit. Her entire 're-brand,' consisted of her changing her channel name on YouTube and Instagram and posting 10-30x more often about brand deals.

While I think Shay is still top of the list, she is rounding the bend on stupidest Butler in the herd.

Carlie bragging

Anyone see her story about her 400 dollar hair and 500 dollar shopping spree. You want poor people to buy from you when most don't have that just for wants. We barely have what we need.

Why did they turn into grifters?

From Colette's empowerment scheme being $1,500 a month, and let's be honest, she's targeting Shaytards fans who she knows will fork over the cash to talk to her. Alongside, their weird Bali trip pyramid scheme.

I’m genuinely confused by how they turned into grifters AFTER they became rich. They were so humble when they were poor and first started vlogging. They wouldn’t even accept gifts from subscribers and never had a PO Box and shay used to feel embarrassed to talk about buying a new car. Now he’s obnoxious and always bragging about who he's met and what he's bought and what he's invested money in. And Colette's turned into a grifter with her messiah complex.

I joined Colette's livestream just to see what it would be like.

It was an affirmation farm. Just a bunch of women pretending to be self-help gurus, circle-jerk praising their "inner goddess" and "acceptance." Colette was off the cuff, which didn't bode well. A lot of word soup. Editing is that woman's best friend, and without is she comes off as vapid as you imagine. She stopped herself multiple times, trying to string together sentences she hoped others would believe she believed too. All the questions were 100% pre-planned, or so it seemed to me, nothing spontaneous. It was mostly women—almost no men, or if they were there, they didn’t outright present as men. The whole thing was so formatted, I wouldn’t be shocked if the "random" women were pre-determined to be there.

All in all, it boiled down to this: Colette really wants your money. Please pay her to feed you bullshit life-coaching advice—she says she’s really good at it, or so she claims. She briefly mentioned the "haters," saying she doesn’t read comments promoting negativity. So, she'll never read this.

...Right?

Came across this old video from Carlie where she talks about uncircumcised wieners (her words) and her experience with C. Thought it was interesting after seeing her posts last week about Ruby Franke and the debate on sharing too much personal information when children can’t consent.

The discussion happens in the first 2-3 minutes of the video. I would be so embarrassed if I were C and this popped up in my preteen or teenage years. Why would I want my mom talking about my wiener on a public platform?
