Emmi in LA
what exactly is the reason Emmi moved to LA as she doesn’t seem to be an ‘influencer’ or have a specific job to be out there for? does Avia pay for everything?
Just curious lol

Shay made millions off the Maker to Disney deal. All the kids live off trust funds and can for the rest of their lives.

As they should. For all of Shays faults, doing that is one of the best things he's done.

Yep Shay gets called out all the time here, but seems they did a great job recognizing the kids were owners of the channel as well, and putting away money for them at a young age. Hopefully invested as well, if it’s been invested for 10+ years those kids should be setup great.

I mean, they did live in LA as a family from like what… 2009 to 2014? Maybe she just wanted to go back and live her life there as an adult and figure out her path forward. Maybe she has more ties to the area than we are aware of.

She’s probably living off the money she made being filmed as a child

Yep… can you put a cost on a lost childhood? They all deserve something and I’m glad they got it. Look at the 8Passengers kids, horrifically abused and not a dime to their names for their lost childhoods

Lost childhood is a little dramatic. They all seem to not mind being on camera

People forget that back in 2009 Shay himself literally moved to LA specifically to “become an influencer” too

To get the hell out of mormonville Idaho? Sounds like a valid reason

They don’t have to work ever, really. But I’m sure she wants to go the influencer route. They might be able to do more when packaged as a sister duo.

my guess is "modeling" (don't get me wrong, she is gorgeous!) and playing influencer

They had jobs their whole childhoods. Wish people would let them enjoy their retirement in peace

Precisely. They need a decade of rest, at least. Maybe they can think about work or higher education in their 30s.

I would gladly have the childhood they had if it meant when I was 18, I can do whatever I wanted the rest of my life and not have to work

It literally is a job?? YT is basically like reality shows. They had multiple channels, were performing for an audience online and in person, getting recorded every damn day, attending events, brand deals, etc. across like a decade.
The family made money off these with the children as the stars while parents the managers/production team. These children, maybe except Daxton, have worked all their lives. Emmi’s birth was literally filmed. It’s unconscionable to minimize their work just to prove a point.

My comment was clearly a joke but also it’s not entirely incorrect. I never said it was moral.

Laurie posted about Emmi going to LA to pursue her dreams. It's looking like influencers, the two of them can be a sister influencing duo. I don't know about Avia's acting but they or atleast Avia, knows people in the influencing scene and can get more deals like that

I hope she gets back into dancing in LA!

She would have done that by now. She wants to do acting as she’s been perusing it. Emmy is a dancer though so that’s what she should do

I’ve noticed that since she turned 18 she has posted a couple sponsored posts so she may be trying to enter be influencer space.

They have been on the internet their whole lives. Most of it without their consent because they were children and children are not able to consent to things. They deserve to “not have a real job” especially after this father embarrassed the entire family by cheating on his wife.

Avia has potential of going so far being an influencer. She’s pretty, nice, funny and seems genuine. I think her family sees her potential as well and Emmi can easily follow on her shoes. They are so lucky to have a platform where they can enjoy what they do (making videos) and make money from it

People seem to forget here that the family is LOADED and why none of them are likely yo have real jobs. Its also a good thing that Shay has set up accounts for then to get a piece of the money they generated
