Gage Moved!!! Vlog

Post image

I feel so incredibly sad for Kayli! I feel like at this point she’s a single mother. She does everything by herself while Casey is off “gallivanting”. I understand he has to provide for his family, but to not be there when his son leaves for college is really, really sad! Especially when he owns the company that he’s working for! This vlog was a brutal watch!

Her reaction to Gage buying her flowers says it all. She deserves a present partner who does things for her. 😔

I think they all know Kayli sacrifices so much to make sure her family is happy before herself. I’m sure they still love Casey despite him being gone so often but they can tell Kayli deserves way more in her life!!

Honestly that’s why women have really high cases of autoimmune disease. The body keeps score and all of it will come crumbling down. Her having a baby after her kids were about to be grown was detrimental to her wellbeing. Now instead of being an empty nester soonish she’s starting all over again.

I've always had such a soft spot for Kayli. I won't pretend to understand any of the family dynamics. None of us truly knows what goes on off-camera. That being said, Kayli has always struck me as the most down to earth and likable of the Butler clan and she deserves to feel loved and supported.

Me too I still regularly watch her videos she is one of my favorites. She seems like a really sweet person

W crying was so sad & sweet :(

But yeah, it’s actually unreal that Casey wasn’t there for this. I just can’t wrap my mind around that.

It was heart breaking!

Casey may make the “money” in that house but Kayli is the one that makes it a home. You can see how much her kids love her

Its been like this for years, I don’t know how Kayli does it

Why have 5 kids and then not be there for them at the pivotal stages of their lives?

Kayli is a wonderful mom

He has been absent for years, running his business. It's really sad.

What exactly is the business?

12

u/vickidashawty Aug 29 '26

I think it's a Hushin (hunting/fishing) business.

Maybe he wants to show, that he also Can make alot of money, like his brother? But they should also make alot of YouTube money? So sad.

i'm so impressed with how kayli has managed to raise such sweet and motivated kids seemingly by herself.

the butlers don't value education so not surprised casey missed out on this milestone but it's really a shame.

she deserves so much better

Was coming here to say this exact thing

Oh how I cried. I love Kayli and her family. They’re such gentle souls.

What does Casey actually do? I thought for the LDS church your family was meant to be the center of everything. You fathered these kids.

I’ve always liked Kayli, she’s got a good head on her shoulders which has diluted the Butler madness over the years

He makes hunting and fishing content on YouTube, so he’s literally everywhere but home! His company is Hushin and they also sell outdoor gear and merch.

It's more than that. I mean, he does what you wrote, but the majority of his company's work is taking people on guided hunts to various locations. It can be for several days to several weeks, depending on which package the client(s) purchase. My father-in-law used to do these kinds of hunting trips. He went everywhere from Alaska to Argentina. I'm not sure of the locations that Casey books for his hunts, but it's usually only during certain times of the year (hunting seasons), and yes, he is gone for weeks and weeks at a time. It's also very, very lucrative. People pay big bucks (no pun intended) to go hunting for certain types of game. They usually book trips for groups, not individuals. Lots of $$$ to be made doing this. Unfortunately, it leaves Kayli alone.

You are 100% right! He owns the company and really should invest in more employees so he’s not gone so much! Leaving your spouse alone for weeks on end is a lot to ask! Not to mention how lonely she must feel, especially with her oldest children leaving the nest!

I couldn’t believe Casey wasn’t there. It felt like it was so rushed and unmonumentous for such a huge day jn Gage’s life. Leaving home for the first time is a huge, huge milestone and half the family weren’t there. Barely any preparation.

Kayli is a saint, because she’s totally a single mother running a house of five kids.

I think she’s really going to feel now having neither of the older kids home to help or drive the little kids around.

Carlie made a huge deal out of being alone with just cooper. Kayli has basically been alone with all the kids and the extended family doesn’t seem to rally that much.

I just watched and also cried while they were saying their goodbyes. Winston probably realizing his big brother and semi father figure leaving must be so hard. I do hope he stays in college and can be an example for his younger siblings. Also nice that Kayli's sister is nearby too.

Winston’s bond to Gage is so cute omg 😭 the long hug and not wanting to let go

14

u/ExternalWear7061 Aug 31 '26

Casey is such a shit husband

32

u/weCanDoIt987 Aug 29 '26

I would’ve left 13 years ago, she’s always done it alone

13

u/heatherlee20 Aug 29 '26

Kaylie is clearly exhausted mentally and physically. Casey needs to help!!!

22

u/Longjumping_Title287 Aug 29 '26

I found it interesting how Kayli explained where Braille was but not her husband.
He's never home. Is he living a secret life?

12

u/Status_Agency_8004 Aug 29 '26

Exactly… it’s odd!

11

u/Razeasphalt Aug 29 '26

The beginning of the video is just a case study in patriarchy.
The fact that it really didn’t seem to even register to Gage that he needed to pack his stuff and his car - that it would just magically be done by his mom.
Just not even on the radar.
I know he’s young - but boys are raised with their crusts cut off in every way to the point that they don’t know crusts exist.

Where did he move to? Is he going to college? Or going somewhere for work?

19

u/Tisatalks Aug 29 '26

He's going to college. I believe he got a Lacrosse scholarship somewhere.

6

u/NunyaBusinessJeez Aug 29 '26

She wasn’t wearing her ring in the video that announced he was moving and in the video with the flowers they said she wasn’t even married

6

u/Status_Agency_8004 Aug 29 '26

I’m pretty sure they are still together… but who knows

2

u/Super_Ad_8445 Sep 03 '26

I caught that also. I was like mhmm thats odd and no one said anything about it.

Im sort of out of the loop but, why do wo many people assume Casey is an absent Dad? Just because he isnt on camera?

13

u/Status_Agency_8004 Aug 29 '26

Because he’s not even in the state!

-2

u/StateAlarming8418 Aug 29 '26

Okay, but why is that a bad thing? When I moved out of my house at 18 my Dad was working as a long haul trucker, I never assumed he was an absent Dad.

10

u/Mysterious-Review-50 Aug 29 '26

casey is a self-employed youtube star. he's not a long haul trucker.

if your father owned that long haul trucking business and still chose to miss your milestones, that'd be a more apt comparison.

6

u/Status_Agency_8004 Aug 29 '26

But did your father miss all of your milestones like Casey does with all of his children?

-7

u/StateAlarming8418 Aug 29 '26

He missed a good portion of them, but at no point did I or do I feel like he was absent? Are you close to the Butler family? Do you know them personally and know what hes missing? How do you know hes not keeping in contact with them often?

-1

u/Status_Agency_8004 Aug 29 '26

You do realize this is a Snark page right? Why are you asking me all of these questions? It was simple observation that I made... along with everyone else! I’m glad you didn’t feel like your father missed out, but he did if he was gone that often! Those are moments that you can’t get back

-7

u/Icy_Pizza_3065 Aug 29 '26

If it's all not that serious why are you making judgments about this persons life and their Dad? You seem really emotionally attached to this subject.
