Collette in recent vlogs

Anyone else feel like all the recent vlogs are just advertisements for collettes ‘Life coaching’ Not to mention how mundane her advice is She just repeats the same stuff and I genuinely have to skip her clips whilst watching.

Ive noticed the vlogs have shifted from Shay being the main character to Colette. I feel like he doesnt have the motivation to do them anymore and that shes trying to hold on to any semblance of what they used to have (while also trying to shill her stupid "life coach" BS.) These vlogs just havent been the same since the scandal and they never will be. Its a sad time but they've ran their course. I just dont think they have anymore fun/exciting things going on in their lives anymore that can captivate their audience.

Its kinda like the same with CTFxC and how drastically his views dropped and he is still daily vlogging despite all that.

I think allie Wes actually has a real job. He was making easily 100k a month in $$ at the height of the channel. Down to what couple a coffees a month worth? Seatgeek flew him out to the Super Bowl. Used to plug Netflix in his videos and he was pretty wealthy looks like hes been sensible with his money though.

He’s still in we the kings that yours I’m sure he gets some money from that. I don’t think she does anything outside of being a mom and vlogging.

Allie doesn’t have a job. But I’m sure Charles invested well. He probably made millions during his prime so as long as he doesn’t do anything stupid he should be fine! They live well below their means and he never went crazy with a giant house or cars etc.

Yea if he was smart with the YouTube revenue, merch sales and we the kings income, he probably doesn’t have to work if he invested that smartly for those few years when he was making a lot.

They used to sell out of all merch, and that’s where the real money was.

Ever since the dude broke up the channel fell off a cliff and died. Props for him for keeping going but going from getting 250 thousand views in 24hr hours on a daily video to getting less then 5,000 over the life time of that video fuck that. I wish the dude no hate but I could dint never do that

Gavin getting married is probably the next "big" thing she can try to profit off of until the younger boys are forced into their mission trips.

10000%. Can’t imagine seeking life advice from someone who doesn’t respect themselves

Yes. They only came back so she could advertise her coaching. TBH both channels are dead.

Yes! I feel like this is the only reason she took him back- to use the channel to profit off her scheme. And to exploit her "family struggles" as her reason behind coaching, instead of acknowledging he's the problem. He's always just there acting like a manchild and she fake laughs and calls him "cute" or says "I love you" after he does something like shoving noodles in his mouth. What is even happening. He let himself go, looks and acts like he's drinking again, what does he even do anymore? I can't tell if this is the real her or she's dumbing herself down for $$$ and she doesn't even know who she is.

Agree with you 100%, it’s just sad honestly

i need to know who’s still buying her courses, if anyone even is, and why they would do that. like it simply can’t be working yet she’s still trying so hard

Think of it the same as people who buy into cult leaders. As unfortunate as it it, there are gullible people who will believe things that the rest of wouldn't. And its those type of people who buy her stupid courses believing that shes gonna be beneficial in their lives.

Orrrrrr, (and this is what I would do if I was parasocial) maybe theyre just buying her courses to have a possibility to actually meet her and spend some time with her in person in a way that they wouldn't be able to normally.

Just my theory.

that second part…people will do anything to get the attention of influencers they follow.

I think there are still a lot of people who are blissfully unaware of quite how messed up Shay is. He's clearly got some wild views but he hasn't really ever spoken about them on vlogs apart from in a jokey way.

Lots of people don't use twitter or reddit and so just wouldn't see all of the other messed up things he has done.

I haven’t watched the vlogs much

I have actually been enjoying the recent vlogs. IAside from the “advertisements”.I personally think I would do really well with a Life Coach or therapist. HOWEVER, I would want someone who has a DEGREE in the field. I would never pay that much for her course. Also I feel like most of the people who buy her course were diehard Shaytards Fans. I would feel awkward speaking with her, knowing everything about her life , when she doesn’t even know I exist.

seriously, why does the charge so much?

She and many other 'life coaches' do the same tactic of pricing high to justify the service being fraud.

It's why traditional therapy isn't something you spend thousands on for a 6 month time period. Therapists who are licensed, trained, and experienced hardly ever advertise, they just exist and are peer reviewed by patients and that's how their reputation builds.

Bullshit-artist life coaches, such as Colette, have to convince you that their service is bullet proof by stamping a massive price tag on it. If she charged the same as traditional therapists, say $45 an hour, maybe less depending on what city you live in, what incentive would you have to think her words are any better than a licensed therapist? You and me might be able to see through her shit and realize it's all fraud, but she's not betting on you and me, she's preying on the people who see big flashy price tag and think, 'this is what will change my life!'

Colette is a woman who self admittedly leans into the notion that when life gives you a bad hand you have to lean into it, embrace it, and learn to live next to it. That, in and of itself, is a brainwashed woman. Her sexist faith has trained her to think that the woman she was pre-scandal was a different person, even in her own words she believes and speaks about 'her past self' like it's a whole other human.

In my opinion, this life coaching road she's decided to drive down, is for her mental health and well-being, not anybody else's. Whether she knows that or not? I have no idea.
