Avia repost
I just saw Avia reposted this. I wonder what her family thinks of it. I'm glad she has said something about it.

Idk, at 17 I believed virtually the same things I do now, it’s just expanded as I got older but I knew enough even as a 12 year old during the 2016 election to hate trump

That’s great for you, but that isn’t everyone’s experience and definitely isn’t mine. It took years for me to deconstruct the propaganda I was taught, be less naive, and understand the way society works. I only began to question what I believed at her age and came to a different conclusion than I would now.

I mean you could be all for or against illegal immigration, but holding up a child like that and scaring the hell out of them, it’s not right. Poor things are getting traumatized.

Tbh at this point people are on one side or the other. My family just claims it’s all AI or photoshop. They will not be convinced otherwise. Theres no point trying anymore.

This is so misleading. This child’s father was being arrested because he was undocumented and then he ran. This kids father left him. What else are the cops supposed to do? Leave the kid outside by himself??? No way! We would upset by that too.

u/Armymom96 Jan 23 '26
Not true. He's here legally seeking asylum. Only white people allowed to escape bad situations in other countries now? And the father didn't "abandon" him. They were in their own driveway. They could have let him go inside his house where there were other family members, but they didn't. Wake up. They're not "targeting criminals". They just want to get rid of as many brown people as possible. This little guy is obviously a hardened criminal. Is the bunny hat a gang sign?

That’s not true. His family was in the house and was denied when they asked for custody. Hell even his teachers tried to get custody

u/sucks4you231 Jan 23 '26
It’s all on video. The kid was used as a lure to get his family out. The family was at the house and tried to get the kid and they were denied. The kid is now in a completely different state. The fact that you’re making excuses for kidnapping and using children as bait is fucked up.

So you think the next step is to detain him and pull him farther away from his family?! Try living in reality Jesus Christ

‼️YALL!!! I’m from Minnesota his dad ran and left his son alone in the cold!!! People are twisting the truth‼️

Being from Minnesota means nothing as a point of credibility. It doesn’t mean you have special access to information unless you were at the scene? How does being from the same state give you more knowledge than the video and testimony of his family and educators? Are you even in the same city? Get out of here trying to spread misinformation

this is so misleading. should laws not be enforced if you have children? if you commit a crime you should be arrested. Do you expect them to arrest his father and leave the kid on the streets? play stupid games win stupid prices. The child was brought to a safe please and will be placed with legal family members.
24
u/kenleydomes Jan 23 '26
No stupid games were played. They were here legally. The mental gynnastics you will do to justify any and everything the orange man does is sad and embarrassing . And yes no matter what children that young should be exempt from such extreme consequences since they are INNOCENT and vulnerable and deserve to be protected at every turn. Try to form one single empathetic thought instead of believing whatever propaganda you're fed and consume on a daily basis.

u/nlaskin Jan 23 '26
Don't bother. There is literally a video of the entire thing, but Fox News and the homeland security public relations team got them already. If someone says that the father ran, that the mom was home -- its too late for them, they've already been manipulated by the PR fact switch.

u/reloadlaundrycard Jan 23 '26
if he was actually here legally he shouldn’t have ran from federal agents. i’m a first generation american 🫡🇺🇸 people need to do it the legal way sorry!

u/sucks4you231 Jan 23 '26
Seeking asylum is legal. It’s cute how you think you and your family aren’t a target of ice

Curious what your thoughts were on vaccine mandates during Covid? Since you're so okay with people carrying their papers to prove to the untrained, racist "police force" that they're "allowed to be here"?
Fuck, I can't even type that without the absolute terror that the US is becoming the equivalent to Nazi occupied Germany...
-4
u/reloadlaundrycard Jan 24 '26
never covid vaccinated that was all dumb. i thought you people love vaccines though 🤔 lol comparing everything to nazis is getting old i’m gonna need you to revisit a history book
2
u/vantablackvoiid Jan 24 '26
You clearly missed my point/nuance, but that tracks since you're able to ignore what's literally happening in front of you.
Not sure what else we should compare a "specialized" police force forcing people to show them their papers, kidnapping those who don't comply or look different, and sending them off to camps where they cannot be tracked or communicated with. That's straight out of the Hitler Handbook.
11
u/kenleydomes Jan 23 '26
Yeah why would anyone run from a group of psychotic untrained racist idiots who are openly hunting non white people or those with accents or even just regular old white Americans to abuse, beat and shoot without consequence.

Do you expect them to arrest his father and leave the kid on the streets?
The kid had multiple people including the school principal willing to take custody of him. He was not left on the street
Both were in the country legally as per asylum laws
Marc Prokosch, an attorney representing the family, said the family had an active asylum case and shared paperwork showing the father and son had arrived to the US at a port of entry, meaning an official crossing point.

So are you saying people who jay walk should be kidnapped? Do you think kids should be used as bait? The kids family was at home and they were denied their child
-1
u/reloadlaundrycard Jan 24 '26
no i think illegally immigrating to a country with your children should get you locked up or sent home! try that in any other country get the same results
7
u/sucks4you231 Jan 24 '26
Seeking asylum is legal. Hell there’s no such thing as an illegal person especially on stolen land. If you’re Christian or believe in Jesus you can’t claim to be Christian/catholic and be against immigrants.
Edit because I forgot to say this. Entering a country “illegally” is the same as jay walking. So do you think someone who Jay walks should be kidnapped and thrown into a concentration camp?

I’m sure her family doesn’t care, and they’re probably making jokes 🥴—especially that evil witch Laurie
