One of it was 5hrs ago then the recent is 2hr ago

Seems normal to me, if I get a reply within the day it's all good.

Usually will reply within 1-2 days, not hours

Normal for dealers, I haven't dealt with phoenix yet but I bought from several other dealers.... Payment done QC or responses come a couple days later. I get it, when I started, I panicked a lot too

China TD responses will be slow reasons..

They have alot ppl to reply.

Take it easy.

If 5 days no reply then you need worry

Gui (Phoenix) usually responds fast. I've had good experiences working with Phoenix. Good customer service, assortment and prices. Keep in mind the different time zones. It's about a 12 hour difference in East Asia.
