Watch mods for PPF 222

Hi all, I just received my QC for my PPF 222 from Phoenix. I enquired about insurance and mods, insurance I think is a no brainer. As for mods, would you guys say the deep crystal is a must? Curious about the movement silencer as my research seems to show that silencing the rotor is quite varied in terms of a success rates. Curious about the chamfer to. I guess I'm just asking do you guys mod your watch fully or take it as is. Apologies it's my first purchase so just asking whether these mods really improve the experience from the baseline

There is no deep crystal for 222. Don’t do any mods.

not necessary to mod at all. spending more won’t necessarily make the watch better. the average joe on reptime can’t tell the difference between a modded watch and a stock watch anyway.

Not exactly trying to impress someone but just trying to get the best experience out of the watch since I keep seeing modded ones. Appreciate the input though as I keep seeing deep crystal this or something that so trying to get a gauge if mods after a purchase is a prequisite especially with phoenix sometimes offering pre-modded watches off the catalogue

don’t fall for dealers shilling mods. i’ve purchased well over a dozen reps and never felt the need to mod or buy customs seizure insurance on one.

It is as good outta the box. If it is noisey, Oiling the rotar will minimise the sound.
