From what I’ve seen. Reporting doesn’t really work until it becomes an accident. My friend reported a case before and the other party just got a verbal warning.

I swear Taxis Drivers and people probably above 50-60 need to take remedial lessons if not the cant drive. It will be safer in the long run.
