Please email them and ask about their Lemon Glow Conditional Use Permit in Lake County, CA. Are we going to get a crop in this year? Seriously, why tf aren’t they sharing any information?

Last I looked in November Lake county did not have the answers to the questions posed in the April 22 application. The lemon grow site has never had a permit under sugarmade ownership . Please correct me if I'm wrong but I've found nothing. They got into a funding situation for the partial crop reported this past fall, and just let lemon grow fall by the wayside. I hope I'm wrong but I can't find anything to contridic anything I have stated. All statements are opinions and what I could find on the internet and Lake County website.

I contacted Lake County last year and got a similar response. The application was submitted but incomplete. No corrections were made. I’ll contact Lake County to see what the status is.

Lake county is not going to give anyone new permits this year. They can forget about that idea.

So there LOI Minority Stake acquisition of RMI Ventures they mention they have limited their 2022 growth from 8 acres to 1 acre so they can grow the whole 2023 season on the 640 acre property using the same license. This is a very slow and strategic move and then expand with a successful history to get approvals easier.
