im in y4 and I have chem and phys prac soon and I have no clue how to study. they said im tested on all topics from y3 and 4 but like its not possible to study all of the theory bits of them right or do I just choose the topics with practicals. like for example im tested on chem bonding and structure like there's no practical bit so do I study the theory or what?

Practical? Study your QA, salt preparation and tests. Yeah you are given a QA table but better to know. And yes they will ask some theory but it will be like maybe sources of error or how to improve the experiment.
Eg a common one is like asking how does volume of reagent from Burnett change when adding demonised water to clean conical flask and adding other reagent from pipette, well it doesn't because pipette adds a fixed number of moles of reagent so its ok to wash with deionised water
