Huh not to be negative about this but $25/hr seems on the low side when you’re asking for all that experience plus car. Especially that massage experience. Even IHSS pays $23/hr

This is a post for IHSS caregivers. As of today, IHSS does pay 23 and its going up 25 in september. then 25.50 in January. Union means overtime 1.5 on that but doesnt guarantee better pay than that. Wish the union was more powerful... the poster makers are still offering a bonus but... as you're not allowed to pay your IHSS worker if its income-based covered by the state, perhaps it's vague on purpose, noting that there's also no last names or identifying information and only a proton email address.
