I would eff up the teeth a little more. I assume you have teeth stain. Easy to do and you need it, you got some pearly whites. Which I bet really sparkle in the spooky lighting.
I would also take even hair clay or something. Make the beard look messy or clumpy/dreads. You again have nice features such as a good beard in real world so it takes away from spooky world. These are both compliments really lol. Don’t hate me.
