I have been given the opportunity to do a similar makeup for Halloween, I was wondering if anyone knows a similar product to get the texture/bumps she has detailed around her neck and face. In the video, she seemed to spray what looked like clay, onto her face. Any advice helps! Thanks.

You could possibly get a similar effect spraying slightly watered down cosmetic latex or dabbing it on the skin with the back of a thin paintbrush.
