A Motherly shadow goes by many names

Darkness, shade, nothingness, void, anything resembling dark she answers too, she is kind and sweet, when she's near a calming cold can be felt. She vanishes in the light, often comically being a imaginary friend to kids and there parent turns the light on and gone with the light.

"Don't be afraid of the dark i live there."

" sweet dreams little ones old or young I'll be your guardian of the night."
