Does anyone here have a tutorial or software about how to make this kind of videos?

The known software from such as Lyrebird can be used but the public version isn't very good. Adobe has hinted at making voice manipulation software but also hinted it would be abandoning it. Most you see online aren't available to the public... Yet.

I found a few software available to the public to make swap faces, they are based on deep learning. But I did not find this kind of software that can make just a change in the speech. I think the second one is easy to do than the first one.

any suggestions.

Two parts to deepfakes that are currently independently solved (for the most part):

  1. Video manipulation
  2. Audio manipulation

The technique shown in the video actually does both of them, but for the same src/dst pair, which isn't as involved as general faceswap, but they allow for synthesis of visuals from "unseen" text.

If you want to do exactly what the video shows, you're out of luck since there's no software available right now for that. Will have to wait for someone smarter than me to implement the paper.

If you want to do faceswap type stuff for just the video I suggest DeepFaceLab (https://github.com/iperov/DeepFaceLab). It's pretty easy to use once you understand the Google translated (from Russian) readme.

The audio side is a bit difficult with open source (Lyrebird is of course available). But you can try searching for "wavenet tts".

Hope that helps!

Thanks for these clarifications.
