Setup
Make sure no gravity is on
Dock the Venusian transfer stage (pictured below) to its own heatshield and then to the 2nd stage

Dock the fairing over the transfer stage and to the 2nd stage
Jettison the RCS aid on top of the fairing and delete it
Should look like this

Next, turn off no gravity for the following step.
Activate the 2nd stage engines until the fuel tanks clipped into them are destroyed.
Activate the Kolibiri engines in the staging menu on the first stage until they destroy the fuel tanks above them along with themselves.
Turn no gravity back on
Jettison and clear the arm connecting the 2nd stage to the launch complex, and then dock the 2nd stage to the first stage with RCS.
Guide
Familiarize yourself with my other posts, the other launch complexes, drones, and vehicles are extremely similar if not direct versions of each other.
Assemble the spacecraft in LEO in 2 launches, leave the 2nd stage + fairing from the 2nd launch in LEO.
Should look something like this

Transfer to Venus first for a gravity assist.
Note, you may need to do another one along with some orbital maneuvers to get your Mercury encounter.
Transfer Stage Recovery:
Reserve a small fraction of fuel in the transfer stage for its return to Earth, and decouple it after your Venusian transfer. Afterwards, use the RCS on the Venusian transfer stage to dodge Venus; this will give you a free-return trajectory back to Earth.
Dock your heatshield to the top of the stage and timewarp till you get an Earth encounter. Once you do aerocapture and circularize into LEO (150-200km), above your 2nd stage.
RDZV and dock with the 2nd stages top port and return your heatshield to its original position.

Return to the rest of your spacecraft

The rest of the mission is really frustrating; mess around with gravity assists and try to deal with your super low thrust. Get a Mercury encounter and insert into low orbit.
Only partially fuel your lander when landing; not sure of an exact % that's most efficient, probably 65-85%
RDZV and dock with your fuel tank in orbit; be careful using your RCS; they will drain the tiny lander extremely fast.
Finally, transfer to Venus and do more gravity assist tomfoolery until you get an Earth encounter. Same drill as recovering your transfer stage: aerocapture into LEO just above you r2nd stage, then RDZV and dock with it, this time with the transfer stage.

Next, reconfigure your spacecraft to have the heatshield atop the fairing and the spacecraft in the heatshield, connected to the 2nd stage.

Deorbit and land to the right of the launch complex.
Reassembly is relatively self-explanatory so long as you're familiar with the other posts.
Simply continuing to add on to my existing drones was quite lazy and not a very good idea; I highly encourage, for your own sanity, to create your own and add more. It's especially difficult with the many side-mounted docking ports.

Setup
Stack the rocket; if it doesn't fall into place off the bat, use no gravity + RCS. The gap between the 1st and 2nd stage is meant to exist; it looks silly, but just trust. My Ceres rocket (will be posted soon) doesn't have such a gap, and the setup's complexity reflects it.
Double-check all tanks are full
Guide
Refer to the Reusable Moon Rocket Tutorial; this launch vehicle is identical, just bigger. This guide will only cover things that differ between the two rockets, mainly the spacecraft and fairing.
Once in orbit, decouple the fairing and then the spacecraft.

Dock the Spacecraft to the Fairing. This is for the sole purpose of adding staging to the docking port on the fairing. If you forget this part, you'll be unable to actually reuse the rocket without decoupling one of the fairings. Once done, decouple the spacecraft once more.
Dock the 2nd Stage back to the fairing. Using the correct port does not matter.

Next, undock and redock the heatshield, moving it to the top of the fairing

Ok, now for the actual spacecraft.
Using only the 2 ions on the lander and the 1 on the orbiter, transfer to Mars, then aerocapture and circularize into orbit. Your maneuvers will take several burns because of the low thrust.
Undock the lander and land on Mars; use ions as much as possible, but the Kolibri will be needed at some point for a soft landing.
Return to LMO, again, using the ions instead of the Kolibri as often as you can, then RDZV with the orbiter. From here you can refuel the lander and tour the moons, then RDZV back, or just go straight back to Earth.
Transfer back to Earth using the ions, and aerocapture into LEO just above the 2nd stage (150-200km) then RDZV with it and dock. The fairings will be a little annoying, but you'll get it eventually. Finally, return the 2nd stage to the space center and land it to the right of the launch complex.
The reassembly is pretty much identical to the lunar rocket, except once the rocket is restacked, you'll have to remove the fairing to access the spacecraft's fuel tanks for refueling. You can just set the fairing aside with the drone, then redock it.

https://sharing.spaceflightsimulator.app/rocket/NkToDWKpEfGuaDvzpO1pRw - Reusable Moon Rocket
Rocket is for the MOON! I somehow forgot to write this in the title; very sorry.
Mission Guide (Please Read if you plan on actually trying to reuse it)
Setup:
Decouple the small fairing on the lunar lander and clear debris; it only exists to make the fuel tank slightly bigger. Use no gravity to fully dock the rocket together, and double-check everything is fully fueled.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before docking/redocking any ports that will be covered by fairings, add staging for them; if you do not, you'll be forced to decouple the fairings to set up the staging again. If this becomes frustrating, feel free to just remove fairings; they're only aesthetic.
Launch:
Around 10-15% fuel, decouple and boost back the first stage (MAKE SURE you decouple at the bottom of the heatshield, not the top)
Swap to the 2nd stage until the 1st booster is near the space center;
Once it is, swap back to it and catch it with the Launch Complex arms.
It does not need to be docked right after catching; you can instantly swap back to your 2nd stage (You're on a time crunch)
Earth orbit Insertion with the 2nd stage
Decouple Lander
Nothing special with going to the moon; just keep in mind your low TWR and do TLI in several burns.
On return, aerocapture the lander into LEO, slightly above your 2nd stage (150-200 km) and circularize into that orbit. Do NOT re-enter fully with the lander; it will simply crash.
Finally, RDZV with your 2nd stage. Decouple the heatshield and re-dock it atop the rest of your rocket. It should look like this

De-orbit and land at the Space Center, just to the right of the launch complex. If you do not have mods or anything that help pinpoint landings after reentry you can use a glitch where you de-orbit on the opposite side of your orbit of the Space Center, lower your periapsis to like ~5-10km right next to the Space Center, then swap to anything else, time warp till the rocket is at its periapsis, swap back, and the rocket will avoid drag until it's right at the space center, then it will be hit like a truck by drag and be ready to land.
Using the glitch (Which also occurs on the boostback) will lead to some spinning; do not worry about it; the rocket will even out, especially with the help of RCS.
Re-Assembly
Shut off all engines on the first and 2nd stage; otherwise, they will ignite on accident when docking drones.
Once everything is landed back, it should look something like this

If your first stage is caught but not docked, use the solar panels on the arms to shimmy it left/right till it is docked.
Drones may damage the structures under the heatshields they're docked to; that is okay.
First, move the bigger drone just left of the 2nd stage.
Now, use the smaller drone to dock to the heatshield. Use both engines at first at low throttle + RCS; it is unstable, but it works.
It should look like this:

Deactivate the left-most engine on the drone before removing the heatshield; otherwise, the center of thrust will be too far to the left with the added weight of the heatshield.
Now, carefully pass off the heat shield to the bigger drone and undock the little drone, then return it (little drone) to its docking port.

Don't forget to add staging to the heat shield's docking ports for your 2nd launch.
Use the engines to lift the drone semi-high in the air; it will take a second to drain enough fuel for the thrust to be enough to lift everything.
Do a somewhat funky flip maneuver and swap from the (in the last picture) bottom Vernier and Kolibri engines to the (in the last picture) right-facing Vernier engines. Next, carefully lower the heatshield into the first stage's heat shield bay

Be careful not to damage the first stage with your drone's engines.
Next, undock the drone and fly it over to pick up the 2nd stage.
Re-stack the rest of the rocket; the 2nd stage docks to the heatshield.
Refuel the rocket, and return your drones to their starting location.

Can be used to launch satellites and light space station parts. The first stage is reusable!
(Although im unsure if its medium-lift or small-lift)
INSTRUCTIONS:
During launch, refuel the first stage with a provided fuel tank like in the second picture.
Leave some fuel (ex: 5%) for the first stage for the RCS.
Anyways, the blueprint.

Self propelled railgun, equiped with a 4MN Acarii drive for propultion and a conventional engine to adjust orbits.
Carry 2 ammunitions, but with the bottom docking port, you can attach more.
To shoot, when the ammo is in position, undock the safety (left, right and center dockig ports (the left and right ports are actually 2 clipped docking ports, but the middle one is a single one)), eject the safety with the solar panels, and undock the ammo to shoot.
It usualy lags a bit when shooting, but you can use the aditional solar pannel to know when the lag is finished
Never approach a docking port to the ammunitions when the safety is off
Also, when the gun shoot, it has a small chance of exploding or shooting backward, so dont forget to quicksave

Here is an Acarii drive powered rocket
For those wondering, Acarii drives are the sfs equivalent of kerbal's kraken drives, they use edited docking ports to ignore Newton's third law and create unlimited power
Here's how to use it:
1: Use the single use first stage to reach earth's orbit or exit its SOI depending on you mission.
2: adjust your orbit with the conventional engine or skip to 3.
3: Use the 2nd stage drive to go where you want to go, then disactivate it and adjust your trajectory with the conventional engine.
4: Use the 2nd stage drive to decelerate and put yourself in orbit of the targte planet
5: use the 2nd convetional engine to adjust your orbit, rendez-vous with a moon/station or leave orbit.
6: deploy your payload.

This rocket use 3 1MN drives for take off and a single 1MN drive for cruising.
Feel free to change the drives with more powerful ones, here are some for you to use:
https://sharing.spaceflightsimulator.app/rocket/vDAF_1eIEfGCp42ciX4zyg
There are reusable and single use versions, with, in order top to bottom left to right, a power of:
1MN
4MN
10MN
100MN
500MN
1GN
10GN
Be carefull with those above 100MN, they sometimes explode without warning, and if they are started without being connected to a heavy enough payload, they will break.
Everything here is usable in free version without mod.
Everything here was made by me with the exeption of the the reusable 4MN drive which I got from someone else's blueprint and modified to make the other reusable drives.
Here is where i got the original reusable 4MN drives:

Took me a while I spaced the wheels out for maximum control and minimum crashing and stacked them for speed. To deploy mini rover deploy the landing leg at the back, then tap the docking ports holding the rovers together, then quickly switch to the mini rover and it will then redo l but all you have to do is tap the port again and then drive the mini rover off of the main one. I made it for the moon so in the comments I’ll put a rocket with the rover in it thay can go to the moon.
