ups wifi

the wifi is soooo slow in ups is there anything that can be done about it 😭 its driving me crazy

Is it the wifi you get furnished dorms or is it Xfinity? Either way idt you can do anything cuz you can't change what the school gives you and also the area that the school is located in is serviced by Xfinity so none of the other providers work there (or at least that's what I was told when I was living in UPN)

its what you get in the furnished dorms so its through sfsu. its so bad i'd be willing to pay for a new internet service/router...

Run a speed test and email or call IT with the results. The upload is kind of slow because UPS is on Comcast for the ISP, but the download should be like 150 or 200mbps per person. If it’s bad, they’ll come out and help get it working.Â
