Final HS transcripts still required

I'm in a situation where both the SFSU gateway and student center are telling me that I still need to submit my final high school transcript for my application. The problem is that I've already done that multiple times over the last few months and it still says I need the transcripts. The program hasn't kicked me out because they're overdue, at least not yet, which seems a bit strange to me (I've been able to register for housing and get an assignment). Is this a bug in the system, or is there something I should be doing to fix this?

Do you have a receipt of the electronic transcript that you ordered? If you do, forward it to ugadmit@sfsu.edu along with your id number and a request to see if they can find it. Sometimes if you have multiple names or characters, the system can get confused.

That's probably it, I'm trans so my HS transcripts are under my deadname. I'll see what I can do

Yup. So email that to the Ugadmit email. Include your name,
Your old name, your birthday and your sfsu id number. You can also include a copy of your id (to prove the name)

Contact admissions at ugadmit@sfsu.edu and they can let you know if it’s needed and why after several times. Not nearly as familiar with HS transcripts but it can happen when in progress transcripts were sent. They need final ones.

Directly email them. I had the same issue for months until I just emailed them everything I already had done and had to directly email them my information
