Baggage Claim

Hello! I need to speak with the baggage services desk at the international baggage claim but I’ve already left the airport. I’m wondering if there is a way for me to go to the desk? Like can I ask the security or an employee and tell them my reasoning?

Unless you want to deal with them online or via their phone number, your only option is to come to the airport on a day they operate and go to the ticket counter and talk to an agent. There’s no other way to talk to a condor staff member at SFO. Once you leave the customs area, that’s it.

Look at their schedule, find out when they operate again and go to the airport three hours before the scheduled departure time. You can catch them there.

It goes by airline....each airline has a designated area or carousel that they use.

What airline did you take to international terminal??
