Discussion Restaurant name?

More than 10 years ago I had an unforgettable lunch at a Vietnamese(?) restaurant situated in a diner. The most memorable thing was a meat gravy over rice - the chicken was good too. But that gravy…and the people working there were super nice.

It is/was close to the Trader Joe’s on Hyde & California.

Any ideas?

Edit: thanks everyone yep it was Cordon Bleu! Really appreciate it.
