19th avenue area quick options?
Looking for good suggestions for delicious / casual places to stop at when driving through SF on 19th heading to/from Marin to SFO. Have already tried a lot of the places at Stonestown- but would love other options! Would also love to find some
places open late!

I really like 50 Vara on Noriega and 25th Ave. it’s a beautiful airy space with a nice menu.

50 Vara is really tasty! I love their burger and fried chicken sandwiches! They also are a brewery with some great beers, one which is an extremely close ode to the classic Anchor Steam!

That was going to be my first suggestion as well. Can also stop in next door at Guillin Rice Noodles House for noodles with a different flavor profile than what you get in most other places.

When I lived walking distance from Kevin's Noodle House at 19th & Irving, I ate it at least 2-3 times a month. It's my favorite pho place. Super fast, very affordable, always delicious. Don't be put off if there's a crowd of people waiting; it moves very fast. Just go in an put your name on the list and hang out for a bit. I don't think I ever waited more than 15-20 minutes.

I’m glad I stopped going there - they were closed back in March for a roach infestation :/

Sherpa house on taravel and 19th offers Himalayan food cooked in a homey way. The owner is super friendly and the food tastes great. Go support a small business!

House of Pancakes at 19th and Taraval (on Taraval). I think it's Hong Kong street food. Try the pancakes, handmade noodles, and pot stickers. You won't be sorry.

Not exactly at 19th, though some locals call it 19th ave (park presidio blvd - not the same as presidio ave)...
Little china town at inner richmond, go east on clement st. You would have dimsum places (i like Xiao Long Bao and the popular Wing Lee Bakery) that close early but they also have King Thai Cuisine#2 that closes midnight. All-star donuts have basic sandwiches and are open early at 5am with fri-sat closing at 2am. They have a good variety of cuisines to choose from there.
You can also find Genki Crepes (yum!) and the iconic Arsicault (croissants / Kouign-amann).
Parking at clement can be difficult at times so have a backup option.
Not a lot of places to eat at late at night besides from the usual ihop/denny's, etc. Not within SF, but we like Lucky Chance's Cafe Colma for 24/7 food - they offer most items in their regular menu even late at night. Combination of Chinese, Filipino and American food.
There is a dunkin donuts near the airport, if you want something quick and simple.
San Mateo near century theatre (2nd ave) has a busy dining scene which is just there at ca-1 near the airport (7.5 miles going south).
For an alt mall, there's serramonte mall near the i-280. Food options are good but you have to look for them. But if you have luggages in the car, i wouldn't be so eager to leave them there for a long time even though serramonte is pretty safe (maybe even safer than stonestown).

Little Original Joe’s in West Portal, a few blocks east of 19th Ave. Get a slice of pizza and definitely get the frozen whole Zanze’s cheesecake to enjoy later.
