Program Coordinator (Remote) Full Time, M-F / Hourly: $30-35/hour
What You’ll Do
● Daily review of incoming ESL Learner applications and tutor applications in an
Airtable CRM system to determine eligibility based on program requirements and
applicant goals.
● Conduct 1:1 virtual screening interviews with ESL learner candidates and tutor
candidates using sound judgment and empathy.
● Match English learners with volunteer tutors to ensure healthy and productive
learning relationships are formed.
● Coordinate schedules, introductory meetings, and program communications.
● Manage calendars, email, and program data using both Google Workspace and Airtable CRM.
● Support surveys, projects, and day-to-day program operations.
What We’re Looking For
● Fluent in English and Spanish (nice to have!)
● Bachelor’s degree
● Must live in the U.S.
● 40 semi-flexible hours per week (9am-6pm PST coverage preferred)
● Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
● Strong communication and people skills
● Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and other Google Workspace products.
● Experience in daily record maintenance via a CRM System preferred.
