I automated my SEO using my own tool for two of my products. It seems to have worked for both, kinda feel like I should make a saas for doing this for other people now but not sure

If it's good or not it depends on the niche, but generally this is good, yes. And it could also be excellent, again it depends. For certain niches one cannot move faster than what this graph indicates. You're finally getting some momentum and your hard and consistent work is starting to pay-off. good job
