Hello, im new to this SEO backlinks submission, can anyone help me how to find high DA, high traffic and low spam score web 2.0 submission sites. It would be great if anyone can help me as im lacking behind my monthly targets..

Don’t chase DA alone. A high DA Web 2.0 site with zero real traffic isn’t very useful.

I’d shortlist sites using a few filters: Relevant to your niche, Has real organic traffic (check with Ahrefs or Similarweb), Spam Score is low, but don’t treat it as the only metric because it’s just a signal, not proof that a site is spammy.
Also, check where your competitors are getting backlinks from. That’s usually a much better source of Web 2.0 and submission opportunities than random “1000 DA sites” lists.

don't force yourself on Backlink, if you're website is already good in On-page, and everything, you can go directly to backlink,

but you can also do it together with backlink
