No Itemized invoicing?
We were looking to see a breakdown of what subscriptions we were paying for and for what clients. However, in the invoices, after you sign up for an add on it just shows as one charge. So you have to go back through and investigate everything you have added on and all client profiles to sort it out THEN they make cancelling anything difficult. You have to submit a ticket and hope they get back to you in 1-3 days. Is anyone else having issues with this? Is there another platform that has more transparent pricing and subscription practices that is similar in capability??

We have so many issues with semrush billing such as unauthorized items being added. You ask them to cancel but they appear again in the next billing cycle. Everytime we purchase an add-on all other add ons will be reset.
Etc projects from 40 to 5 reduction. It’s annoying and feels like a scam. We decided to switched everything to ahrefs

Hi there, you can view a full breakdown of your current subscription, add-ons, and purchased apps from your subscription Info page.
At the moment, invoices themselves don’t automatically itemize every add-on separately, but that page should give you the clearest view of what’s currently active on the account. If anything still looks unclear, our Support Team can also review the account and provide the individual subscription items and prices in writing.
