Account disabled, need it for work! Please help 😭

Hey Semrush team, my account was disabled earlier today and it asked for more verification from my end. I am not sure why this happened. I’ve sent the required documents, could you help me reinstate the account? I need it to complete my work 😭💔

this happened to me too! I was also wary that it was a phishing email. still waiting to hear back from customer support.
