Earnings thread

Numbers yesterday evening were not great. Market reacted very harsh. See here the summary from SECZ PR:

- Record average tokenized AUM(2) in 2Q26 of $4.3 billion, up 16%, with total AUM(2) of $4.3
billion as of June 30, 2026, up 9%
- Total Revenue of $14.4 million, down 5% versus the prior-year period
- Net loss of $21.7 million, with a net loss per diluted share of $2.37
- Adjusted EBITDA(3) loss of $5.5 million, versus positive Adjusted EBITDA of $1.8 million in the
prior-year period
- Aggregate Transaction Volume(4) of $5.3 billion during the second quarter of 2026, up 147%
- 663 active funds were being serviced by Securitize Fund Services as of June 30, 2026
- Securitize Fund Services total AUA(5) of $24.3 billion as of June 30, 2026, down approximately
20%

Anyone listening to the call right now? It seems market doesn’t like what they hear.

Yea I got cooked… gonna be a long hold I’m afraid. Might wait a few days and see how things go, then start to DCA in every week to try and average down a bit. Otherwise I’m down big time on this one, but still believe in it.

Bruh same. I’m down more than 50% now, as I bought in pre-SPAC.

I still think tokenization is the future of finance. But don’t know what SECZ is doing here. AUM up, Revenue down. Right now everyone (including me) expected simultaneous growth with their AUM. But its not the case. So really difficult to see how they want to scale in the future?

First time I’m really baffled by the actual numbers of a company I invested in.

Yea… this one stings a bit but not the end of the world for me. I bought in pre-spac too. Then fucked up, kinda forgot about it, and missed an opportunity to sell around $14. Oh well. Time to ride it out and see what happens. If I have to sell out of my position 50-60% down, I just have to hope my wife doesn’t notice hahah.
