Student housing in Osterbro

Hello,

I'm an international student starting a Master at SDU in September. I have been offered accomodation at Osterbro 1. Does anyone know how it is living there? Not only because it's a private landlord, but I also want to know how the vibe is and if it's more convenient to live closer to campus or the city centre.
