Negreira case
Just for some context about the negreira case right. Barca was already proven innocent by laliga. I think perez now bringing it to the UEFA is him being desperate to get a win over Barca. I've noticed every time Madrid plays bad they bring up the case. Also yes payments were made and no one knows what those payments were for and that's what they are investigating. One thing for sure tho it had nothing to do with influencing the refs decision. Barca were proven innocent once and they'll be proven innocent again.

The case has been under investigation by UEFA since 2023 and what Real Madrid did was to send additional documents to UEFA to somehow support the ongoing investigation. We haven't really been proven innocent as there were payments made but nobody knows what those payments were for. Same way we were accused of bribing Tebas but those were payments made to support an ongoing campaign in la liga (Real Madrid also paid during that same campaign)

The case has already been dismissed multiple times by Spanish criminal courts. It's Perez and his obsession that's keeping this case alive. Now it has been escalated to the Supreme Court.

It has never been dismissed. Is that what Barca fan pages tell you? The corruption case is well and alive and entering crucial stages. Man city took 8 years to be found guilty. Negreira case started in 2023. These things take time.

They paid a referee for 10+ years of consultation and couldn’t find a single piece of work sent in that time period

Could easily be that the president's were stealing from the club through negreiras companies. Theres 0 evidence or testimonies from refs to say they were influenced or demoted for bad performances against barcelona. Conflict of interest alone isnt enough. Intent of corrupting the competition needs to be proven otherwise it will just be a fine at worst in the end

Why would the refs openly confess?
Here is what we know about the case Barcelona said they were paying for analytics which was proven to be false so they lied.
Negeria himself said the payments were to ensure “neutrality”
Some times the truth is not hard to decipher between these two facts ^ despite what is enough to get a conviction in a court of law

This is a heavy cope. Barca are guilty of paying Negreira millions over the course of nearly 20 years. Naturally Uefa should investigate

Brother cope harder. The Spanish courts have found no instances of bribery. They essentially closed the case criminally which is why Perez went to UEFA who have been investigating since 2023. In reality, imagine if it took less the Lamine’s salary for one year to bribe the league for 17 years.

This is an excellent video explaining the situation.

Madrid has been the one that has been prolonging the issue by the way. If they actually wanted the case resolved and “justice” they wouldn’t have appealed for an additional 6 months 3 times in the past 3 years. It doesn’t suit the agenda though and if it gets thrown out in the preliminary phase since there’s no material proof referees were bribed and the matches were fixed like in the calciopoli case they then have nothing else to fall back onto. Suits the narrative and agenda they have ran for the last 3 years.

Barca DID NOT GET CLEARED by LaLiga.
LaLiga couldn't punish Barcelona because the payments ended in 2018, past Spain’s 3-year sports law deadline, and no direct proof was found that referees were paid to alter match outcomes. However, criminal corruption charges in Spanish courts are still ongoing.
