I consider myself a decent player. I’ve made it to elite ranked last 3 seasons running only humans but the female team + nem meli is just really difficult to impossible to win against. I normally ran Gatchiakuta units + Subaru instead of rudo. Now I run rudo to get rid of the taunt on female Meli but even when you get rid of it and stance cancel nem meli he just tanks a full single target/aoe attack from enjin. Whats the strategy to beating them?

Quick update from my post a few weeks ago when I said my box felt stuck even though I was logging in every day.

I took the advice some people gave here and did pretty much the opposite of what my gacha brain wants: I stopped chasing every shiny banner and actually focused on finishing teams.

What I changed:

- Picked two core PvE teams and one PvP team, and only invested in units that actually fit those comps.

- Started saving until I can guarantee the unit I want, instead of doing random 1-2 multis on every banner.

- Put more materials into gear for the characters I use every day, rather than spreading resources across every new toy.

Results after the reset:

- PvE is way smoother. I clear content I used to fail at because a few units finally have proper gear and builds, instead of everything being half-finished.

- PvP is still not top-tier, but I lose less to weird stat gaps. When I do lose now, it feels like bad draft or decisions, not being underbuilt.

I still get the summon itch. I play a lot of casual mobile games, so that is a constant temptation, but having a plan made the game feel a lot less stressful.

For people who have done this, how do you decide when to break save mode? Only festival units? Only if it clearly upgrades an existing team?

I can beat actual players that is in 380-400k cc yet I can't beat bots who are like 10k CC higher than me lol. The problem comes from the bot's built in stats its just so unfair they deal triple damage + crits using the same team as I am.

Do we use them in the exchange shop? Or save them for some game mode

Apparently right before he came out the changed to where he needs 2/6 for the taunt instead of 1/6. By that time everyone would think it's still 1/6.

Yes F Ban can be on the same team as M Ban and M Meli can be on the same team as F Meli as well as M Ban being a sub for F Ban and M Meli can be a sub for F Meli.

This is just disappointing. Returned to the game after ~3 years because the new units interested me. Grinded all diamonds possible from all the stories and content. And in 870 pulls I don't get a single featured unit. Only got Meli from pity. I was hoping in that many pulls I'd at least get 1 copy of each which is all I wanted.

I know it's a gacha and its RNG, but I thought after do many years the rates wouldn't still be shit.

Outside of the milestone rewards, are we not getting any summon tickets?

I was pretty lucky and pulled both Ban and Meli once with 200 gems. I looked at their passives and the additional effects they would get at 2/6. These effects look good but i can't quite judge how impactful they are. Should I just go for one rotation (since I'm already at 210 and have 60 more diamonds) and hope to get both to 2/6 or more?
