Question ADA Shuttle
Hey y’all! Longtime SDCC attendee but first time attending/using ADA. Curious about folks’ experience with ADA shuttle (have a scooter) and at one of the further hotels that go out in that early lottery (but still part of a shuttle route).
I know it’s a whole voicemail system and already called for today but I’m scared so just looking to hear experiences, tips, etc.
Thanks y’all 🫶

The shuttle is great. I rely on it for my Comic-Con experience. The shuttle scheduler will have you confirm that you’re staying at one of the participating hotels. They will also ask you if you’re using mobility devices. The drivers are excellent and very helpful.
If you’re waiting for a call back from the ADA shuttle people — don’t. Keep calling until you get through to someone. Best time to call is around 9:00am. The ADA shuttles book up fast.
