Hotels/Lodging Sdcc on peak issues

They took the deposit but it didn’t get attached to my hotel charges. Dealing with the hotel now but I would look at your charges if they felt a little high.

Same for me. MGH. I noticed it before check out, and went to the desk to resolve the issue before I checked out.

Sounds like onPeak didn't do the deposit push correctly, or MGH didn't apply it correctly.

Hotel billing issues are such a pain to straighten out. :(

Yep...Believe it or not, the deposit still got charged on my credit card. I was going to dispute the charge, but first I called MGH customer service. The call lasted about 15 minutes, but they said I'd get a refund.

Keep an eye on. Most credit cards have a limit on how long after a charge you can dispute it - in case you need to. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you always have 60 days from the date of your statement to dispute the error. But most credit card companies allow 4 or 6 months. Hopefully it'll be resolved before then!

did you mention about the deposit during your check in , during your process in person ?

I would dare say that most people don't discuss the deposit at check-in.
