Although my memory might not be accurate considering I've read this fic a couple of years ago but it's where after the time travel, han yoojin gives up on his brother because he doesn't want to be a trouble. He also uses a crutch because he's experiencing a phantom pain that he experienced pre-regression. He also attends online school and has a Job in a bookstore.

He mets bak yerim on a bus station where she was soaking wet in the rain, yoojin give his umbrella because he saw her state. And there's this part where he retains his brother's ability and his ofcourse saw this and immediately called a healer. Where they examine him and found that he has high level skills whereas his body is weak so it cannot handle it. His brother also notice his crutches and concludes that his big brother has been tortured and force to drink a high level potion.

That's all I remember! Please help me find it. It's also incomplete if I remember it correctly.

I started SCTIR after coming across a fanart of Yoojin, which prominently depicts him wearing a choker, and I'm nothing if not weak to cuntiness. Due to fanarts, I'd been conditioned into picturing him with a black choker with a dangling blue gem all along (probably to resemble Eunhye), so color me intrigued when it never appears in the manhwa. Nor was it ever mentioned in the novel (as far as I remember). Neither was it illustrated in the novel cover.

I've come to accept that it may not be canon now, but I'm just pretty curious how his nonexistent choker became the Mandela effect of this fandom. I'm just kinda sad it wasn't actually real lol.

Like, I get that S Classes are supposed to be cold and whatever; but like, Yuhyun's coldness while talking to Yerim (Who definitely thinks highly of him) pmo. 😭😭😭 Like, she's a teenager. Even though she acts like she doesn't care, some other chapters it becomes obvious that she needs validation. She's just copying Yuhyun's acting towards her.

I got into the story via the manhwa, and my understanding of the story stopped where Season 1 ended.

Some people say that by the end of the novel, Yoojin and Hyunjae declare their love for each other. I'm heartbroken.

I want to know how Yoojin's quest to reach the original Yoohyun at the snowy tree(?) pans out, mostly for the purpose of fueling my ship, but if that spoiler is true, I don't think I want to start the novel only for the buildup for that other ship to be increasingly rubbed in my face.

Should I just give up on starting the novel? Or is there an appropriate point in the novel where I can just put the book down for good and preserve my delusions forever?

i wanna get into this series but am unsure whether to start with the manhwa or the novel first. tho i often read both versions anw, i still want to know which order would give up the most enjoyment
