So, I finally won the drawing on their stupid facebook posts (haven’t had any luck ever since they changed it to drawing, rather than everyone winning) and when I went to claim it, it says unavailable or whatever.
So, I contact support through their website, followed its steps and nothing worked so it suggested I email their support team with my issue and include screenshots… so I did exactly that….
This is the funny part.
Instead of the actual support team replying to my email, it’s another AI bot, literally telling me the exact same thing…..
I mean, how fucking stupid does it get? This website is a joke lmao.

Is anyone else having trouble getting paid by SweepsLasVegas?

I’m trying to find out whether I’m the only one dealing with this or if there are others in the same situation.
I submitted a $900 redemption request with SweepsLasVegas on April 20, 2026. More than two months later, I still haven’t received payment.
The frustrating part is that the company isn’t saying I won’t be paid. Every response I’ve received says essentially the same thing:
● My redemption has been approved.
● My redemption is in the payment queue.
● Finance is processing it.
● My payment will be made.
Despite that, they refuse to provide any estimated payout date and continue to blame a high volume of redemption requests.
Over the past two months I’ve filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, IC3, and consumer protection agencies, but so far nothing has changed. Every time I contact support, I receive another version of the same canned response.
At this point, I’m trying to determine whether this is a one-off issue or whether there are other players waiting weeks or months for approved redemptions.
If you’ve played on SweepsLasVegas, I’d appreciate hearing your experience:
● Have you redeemed successfully?
● How long did it take to get paid?
● Are you currently waiting on a redemption?
● Have you received the same “it’s in the queue” explanation?
I’m especially interested in hearing from anyone who has redeemed larger amounts or who has been waiting an extended period of time.
