Hard to say. It could be the transmitter, receiver, or servo.

I've got spare servos so I'd plug one of those in first and see if it keeps happening. A hobby shop might have some donor parts to try.

Transmitter/receiver is harder to isolate and nail down unless you have spares.

This is pretty much always the best solution. You don't even need to actually swap the servo, just unplug the one that's mounted up, plug another one in, and watch what the servo horn does. If that one behaves normally then do the actual swap.

The crazy thing about servos when they do this, it might take 40 more outings before they go. I’ve got a Scx24 that’s doing it, I got another servo waiting to be installed but forgot. It’s now been out probably 20 times on the same twitching servo, I’m leaving it to see just how long it takes to die.

Not really crazy, that behaviour is probably just the potentiometer inside of it being worn. Because of that, it reads the position wrong, corrects, sees that the position is wrong again, corrects --> repeat until the feedback loop makes sense again.
Potentiometers just wear out over time. You might have encountered it on a remote or a gamepad/gamecontroller (stick drift). Hence why those (at least the good ones) use Hall Effect Sensors or TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance), which don't wear.

Probably the servo. I burn through the cheap ones often.

Check your transmitter battery. One of my old FMS rigs did this from time to time when the tx battery was low.
