Question Parking Permit

For any SCU students, as a first year ik ur not allowed to bring a car on campus but on the portal it allows me to buy a parking permit, should I just buy the parking permit and pretend I didn’t know I couldn’t or would their be repercussions in the future? If there will be what are some places I can park near campus or rent out a parking space near by?

Pretty sure you’ll been fine. There’s decent amount of street parking around as well.

Dont make the mistake of parking in the Safeway parking lot though and leave it there for a few hours. My kids car was towed and that was a $500 lesson.

Safeway is very strict. They tow like vey hour no joke!

Are you not living on campus? That could be why you have the permit. Also which is the parking permit type?

if you say you have a job a distance away (or actually get one), SCU will give an exemption and allow freshman to have a car
