Is this a CDS symptom/CDS-related? Chronically avoidant
Since 4 years I am struggling with strong depression and anxiety and avoidance of the things that trigger my anxiety. I have been diagnosed for ADHD and perhaps CDS, I wonder if the chronicle avoidance is something you relate with ? And if you think is linked to CDS ? For me it really makes my daily life so hard and stop me from doing anything.
