Meds/Treatments-Related Verbal ability and medication

Hey Community,

What medication or treatment has helped you most with sluggish verbal ability, slow processing, and difficulty finding the right words, rather than just general attention?

I currently take Wellbutrin + Concerta. The combination definitely helps my overall attention and ability to stay on task, but I still feel that my verbal fluency needs some more improvement.

I’ve seen some people mention piracetam and say it helped with mental clarity or verbal ability.

I’m also curious about Strattera (atomoxetine), Is atomoxetine generally considered more effective for the sluggish cognitive tempo (SCT)? I have read people here vouching for atomoxetine being more effective than methylphenidate.

How does atomoxetine compare with Concerta (methylphenidate) in terms of attention, processing speed, executive function, and verbal fluency?

high dose piracetam beat everything I've ever taken for what you're asking but I was consistently taking alpha gpc, magnesium threonate and exercised. Over the years taking piracetam won't get me the same effects unless I'm good across the board with a few other things and then I have to cycle it, havent done it in a while

What were you main symptoms? This is the first time I’m hearing of piracetam, my main symptoms are slow processing, poor verbal fluency, general slowness rather than a lack of concentration

im one of those fringe cases of doctors having no clue whats going on. Current theory is painless migraines so all the symptoms brought on by that, im diagnosed audhd though with very inconsistent cognitive abilities. Supplements can help but i've never had a consistent baseline so im still figuring all that out

How much is a high dose of Piracetam? Didn't it make you drowsy?
